The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our growing sales team. This role offers a pathway for career development, starting with a low-risk ramp period that includes comprehensive training and coaching.

The ramp period aims to develop your skills and find your ideal role within our organization. After completion, you may transition to an outbound role, inbound, or an existing customer business development position.
What You'll Do
- Celebrate your first month as a Business Development Representative
- Make calls to warm and cold leads
- Schedule qualified demos for Account Executives
- Master our talk tracks, methodology, and objection handling techniques
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and follow our outbound motion
- Collaborate with team members and sales leadership
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly activity and performance metrics

Location
Onsite, Provo, UT
Pay
$21.63 per hour + $24,000 on-target variable
