About the role

New York Ave is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) in the Daytona Beach area to fuel growth and expand our presence across Central Florida.

Responsibilities

  • Possess reliable transportation, mobile phone, high-speed internet, and laptop
  • Attend weekly sales meetings with leadership to share progress and insights
  • Represent New York Ave at networking functions and trade shows, with proactive follow-ups
  • Stay engaged with clients you help bring on board to support renewals
  • Input all activity into the CRM and maintain accurate records
  • Provide leadership with key prospect details to support proposal creation and sales pitches
  • Conduct discovery meetings with prospective clients
  • Possess humor, social skills, confidence, professionalism, persistence, resilience, hunger, responsibility, and honesty
  • Possess self-motivation, thrive on building connections, and passion for helping local businesses grow through proven marketing strategies
  • Take the lead in prospecting, cold outreach, and discovery meetings with the primary goal of setting qualified appointments
  • Prospect in territory and surrounding cities via drive-by stop-ins, cold calls, and email outreach
