What You’ll Do

  • Drive Outbound Prospecting
  • Identify and research high-potential DTC brands in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle that fit our ideal customer profile.
  • Create target lists and execute high-volume, multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calls).
  • Craft compelling, personalized messaging that breaks through the noise.
  • Manage and qualify all inbound leads from marketing, plus your own outbound-generated leads.
  • Quickly determine prospect fit, understand their challenges, and articulate High Scale's value proposition.
  • Book Qualified Meetings
  • Your primary goal: book discovery calls and product demos for the Account Executive team.
  • Master the art of the handoff, ensuring AEs are set up for success with well-qualified, high-intent leads.
  • Partner with Sales & Marketing
  • Work closely with Account Executives and Strategists to refine your pitch and targeting.
  • Provide real-time market feedback to the marketing and creative teams.
  • Maintain meticulous records in our CRM.
  • Who You Are

    • Hunter-Mentality & Results-Driven
    • 1–3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or inside sales role (agency, media, or SaaS preferred).
    • A proven track record of exceeding quotas and booking qualified meetings.
    • Organized & Resilient
    • You can manage high-volume outreach, track follow-ups, and juggle priorities without breaking a sweat.
    • You understand that "no" is part of the process and are motivated by the "yes."
    • Fearless Communicator
    • Clear, confident, and persuasive in both written and verbal communication.
    • You are comfortable cold-calling, writing compelling emails, and engaging with brand executives.
    • Collaborative & Adaptable
    • Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
    • Eager to learn, open to feedback, and work closely with AEs to win as a team.
    • Tech-Savvy & Data-Driven
    • You live in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and are proficient with sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation).
    • You use data to track your activity and improve your performance.
