The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our growing sales team. This role offers a unique pathway for career development, beginning with a comprehensive ramp period focused on exposure to potential customers in a low-risk environment that gives you an opportunity to develop your skillset. During this time, you'll receive training and coaching to help you succeed, while we work together to identify the best fit for your skills within our larger business development team.
What to Expect Your First Month (Ramp Period)
- Making calls to warm and cold leads
- Participating in a structured onboarding program that includes:
- Comprehensive training on our tech stack (Salesforce, RingDNA, Guided Selling, Gong)
- Regular meetings with your team lead, director, and enablement
- Process reviews, role plays, call reviews, and objection handling workshops
- Shadowing top-performing team members
- Real-time coaching and feedback
- Product training
- Finding your best fit within our organization
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills and comfort with phone-based outreach
- Coachability and eagerness to learn and improve
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving business needs
- Results-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Able to follow prescribed processes and methodology
- Interest in developing a career in sales; all account executives are internal promotions from the business development team.
