About the role

The Growth team at OneMagnify is seeking a Business Development Representative to support the company's sales pipeline. This role plays a critical part in driving growth by leveraging cold calling, email outreach, and social selling to secure meetings for Account Executives.

Responsibilities

  • Generating leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Assessing prospects to ensure they fit the company’s ideal customer profile (ICP).
  • Booking qualified meetings and demonstrations for Sales Managers or Account Executives.
  • Identifying new market opportunities, industry trends, and key players.
  • Maintaining accurate records of interactions in tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Handling customer concerns regarding price, need, or timing.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a comparable business development or sales-focused role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement tools.
  • Experience in integrated marketing, digital agency, marketing services, or consulting environments preferred.

  • Confident and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and create strong first impressions with potential clients.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable leveraging CRM tools, sales engagement platforms, and social selling techniques.
