About the role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at North, you’ll play a critical role in fueling our growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. You’ll be the first point of contact for organizations looking to gain better visibility and control over their cloud spend.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads through outbound prospecting and inbound engagement.
- Engage decision-makers via email, phone, and LinkedIn to introduce North’s solutions.
- Research and personalize outreach to optimize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate data in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot).
- Test and refine sales strategies to improve outreach effectiveness.

Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales, customer success, or outbound prospecting is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud computing, SaaS, or FinOps is a plus.
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM tools is a plus.
- Understanding of cloud cost management or B2B SaaS sales is a plus.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is a plus.

Pay
The Pay Range For This Role Is 50,000 - 70,000 USD per year (Brooklyn HQ)
