Responsibilities
- Build and manage high-quality outbound pipeline through strategic account research and personalized outreach.
- Identify and engage HR, Finance, Operations, and Transformation leaders at enterprise organizations.
- Test messaging, positioning, and ICP hypotheses through real-world prospect interactions.
- Create qualified sales opportunities and partner closely with Account Executives, founders, and marketing to improve targeting and outreach strategies.
- Gather market feedback and provide insights that shape product, messaging, and go-to-market decisions.
- Maintain rigorous qualification standards to ensure high-quality pipeline generation.
- Leverage AI and sales technologies to improve prospecting efficiency and personalization.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or outbound commercial sales role within B2B SaaS.
- Proven ability to consistently generate outbound pipeline and open enterprise accounts.
- Experience operating in a hunter-focused sales environment with little to no inbound lead support.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong prospecting, research, and account-based outreach capabilities.
- Comfortable working in fast-changing environments with evolving priorities and limited structure.
- Ability to work onsite in San Francisco Monday through Friday.
Preferred
- Experience at a YC-backed or venture-backed B2B software company.
- Background selling into emerging markets, competitive categories, or complex buying environments.
- Hands-on experience using AI and modern sales tools such as Claude, Clay, HubSpot, and ABM platforms.
- Founder, startup, or entrepreneurial experience.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for testing, learning, and optimizing sales approaches.
- Curiosity about customer behavior, messaging effectiveness, and sales psychology.
Benefits & Compensation
Base Salary: $80,000 - $110,000
OTE: $114,000 - $157,000+
