Major Job Responsibilities

  • Coverage of targeted outbound outreach through calls, emails, social platforms, and other channels to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and build relationships with key decision makers to support strategic outreach and pipeline development.
  • Maintain accurate lead information within the CRM tool, track engagement history, and update pipeline status to support forecasting and reporting.
  • Partner with sales team members to pass qualified leads, share customer insights, refine outreach strategies, and optimize conversion rates.
  • Build rapport with potential clients, understand their challenges, and convey the company's value proposition effectively.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead management platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate value clearly.
  • Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and achieving activity or conversion targets.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent experience preferred.
