About the role
Average salary offered: $115K OTE (approx. $75K base + $40K variable, tied to qualified demos booked)
Responsibilities
- Turn leads from our GTM engineering team into qualified demos with school leaders and decision-makers.
- Run real outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.) and follow up like it matters.
- Work out which messages land and which personas convert, then share insights to improve the playbook.
- Represent Flint in early conversations to make school leaders want a second meeting.
Requirements
- Relentless and rejection doesn't rattle you.
- Comfortable living on the phone.
- Communicate clearly and directly, reading a room well.
- Have the judgment to represent Flint well to school leaders, driven by outcomes, not activity.
Qualifications
- B2B software sales experience is nice to have, but not required.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, or similar tools is nice to have, but not required.
- Previous EdTech experience is nice to have, but not required.
- Experience selling to schools or public-sector buyers is nice to have, but not required.
