About the role

Average salary offered: $115K OTE (approx. $75K base + $40K variable, tied to qualified demos booked)

Responsibilities

  • Turn leads from our GTM engineering team into qualified demos with school leaders and decision-makers.
  • Run real outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.) and follow up like it matters.
  • Work out which messages land and which personas convert, then share insights to improve the playbook.
  • Represent Flint in early conversations to make school leaders want a second meeting.

Requirements

  • Relentless and rejection doesn't rattle you.
  • Comfortable living on the phone.
  • Communicate clearly and directly, reading a room well.
  • Have the judgment to represent Flint well to school leaders, driven by outcomes, not activity.

Qualifications

  • B2B software sales experience is nice to have, but not required.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, or similar tools is nice to have, but not required.
  • Previous EdTech experience is nice to have, but not required.
  • Experience selling to schools or public-sector buyers is nice to have, but not required.
