Essential Responsibilities

  • Possess and execute new business opportunities.
  • Grow sales with existing customers.
  • Manage accounts for Human Nutrition, Multi-Level Marketing, and Functional Foods customers.
  • Prospect new accounts and develop productive, professional relationships.
  • Act as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to assigned customers.
  • Provide excellent service to ensure customer success and a positive experience with the Company.
  • Develop long-term relationships, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
  • Establish objectives and strategies for each account, developing full market potential.
  • Inform established accounts about new products or developments.
  • Maintain a strong technical knowledge of the product line to most effectively educate and sell the value of Actus Nutrition’s products.
  • Stay abreast of major trends or initiatives within the food industry that will affect the company's ability to compete.
  • Identify and support market-driven initiatives for new products and services that will increase profits for Actus Nutrition.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and conduct and transact all business in a legal and ethical manner.
  • Create and update marketing materials for the Chinese market.
  • Position Actus Nutrition’s solutions according to customer needs.

Position Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the nutritional/dairy ingredients industry.
  • Experience with high protein products like WPC, WPI, and MPC strongly preferred.
  • Competitive, sales-driven individual with an outstanding track record in sales development.
  • Strong key account selling capabilities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, both for English and Chinese.
  • Ability to multi-task – manage multiple projects occurring at one time.
  • A value selling mindset.
  • Strong track record of delivery against targets.
  • Strong knowledge of computer software applications.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 USD based on experience. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to education, skill set and depth of experience.
