Web Packaging Solutions is seeking a high-potential Business Development Manager for an early-career growth role designed for fresh undergraduates, recent graduates, and candidates with up to three years of relevant experience. This opportunity is intended for individuals with strong ambition, learning agility, commercial drive, and the potential to grow into broader leadership responsibilities over time. The Business Development Manager will contribute across three core areas: business development, onboarding of new customers, and growth within newly acquired accounts. A central expectation of this role is new customer acquisition and helping those customers grow over time, supported by disciplined opportunity development, commercial coordination, and account expansion. This is not a traditional entry-level role. It is a structured development opportunity for candidates who show strong promise, demonstrate strong Sales Hunter instincts, and can be developed for future leadership positions within the organization. Key Responsibilities Support business development efforts by identifying target markets, applications, and customer opportunities.Proactively pursue new customer acquisition across flexible packaging and related industrial segments through disciplined prospecting, outreach, follow-up, and opportunity development.Demonstrate strong Sales Hunter behavior by opening doors, generating qualified leads, converting prospects into active opportunities, and building early commercial momentum.Assist in onboarding new customers by coordinating qualification, samples, pricing inputs, technical alignment, and commercial set-up.Help newly acquired customers grow through disciplined follow-up, opportunity mapping, relationship building, and identification of additional applications and product needs.Build professional relationships with converters, packagers, brand owners, distributors, and industrial users.Maintain an active opportunity pipeline and provide reliable updates that support commercial planning and revenue growth.Work closely with internal leadership to build commercial maturity, market understanding, and account development skills.Take on increasing responsibility over time based on performance, judgment, and readiness. Candidate Profile Fresh undergraduate or graduate in business, engineering, packaging, marketing, supply chain, or a related field preferred.Candidates with up to three years of experience in sales, business development, customer success, packaging, industrial products, or related B2B roles may also apply.Strong interest in commercial growth, customer development, and the packaging industry.Sales Hunter skills are essential, including prospecting discipline, confidence in customer outreach, persistence, and comfort creating opportunities from the ground up.Clear communication skills, professional presence, and strong relationship-building ability.Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a structured, performance-oriented environment.Ability to learn quickly, take ownership, and grow into expanded responsibilities.Familiarity with CRM systems, structured follow-up, and business reporting is an advantage.Professional exposure to ProSales courses will be an added advantage. Actual compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
