Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HCM industry
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Present solutions that meet the needs of clients in the Human Capital Management space
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM systems
- Passionate about technology and its impact on HR and workforce management
