Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HCM industry
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
  • Present solutions that meet the needs of clients in the Human Capital Management space
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Passionate about technology and its impact on HR and workforce management
