Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to drive business growth
- Present solutions that address clients' needs in Human Capital Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
