Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HCM industry
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Present solutions and drive sales through effective communication and negotiation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
