Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HCM industry
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
  • Present solutions and drive sales through effective communication and negotiation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
