You Will Be Trusted To:
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling service, repairs, and installations
- Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, scheduling updates, and customer retention efforts
- Conduct cold calls and outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities and expand our customer base
- Follow up with past customers, property managers, home builders, and referral partners to identify service opportunities
- Identify customer needs and confidently recommend products, repairs, maintenance plans, and installation services
- Convert inbound inquiries into scheduled appointments and sales opportunities
- Manage technician schedules and dispatch activities throughout the day
- Cook up effectively with technicians to maximize schedule efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Enter and maintain accurate customer information, service notes, estimates, and payment records
- Aid customers with basic troubleshooting and service-related questions
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- One year or more of customer service, dispatching, scheduling, call center, sales, or administrative experience
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging prospective customers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in Buda, Texas
- Experience in inside sales, appointment setting, lead generation, or cold calling
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar scheduling and CRM software
- Experience supporting field service technicians
- Proven ability to identify customer needs and close sales opportunities
