Responsibilities
- Creating brochures, portfolios, and external presentations.
- Assisting with award submissions, website and social media management, press inquiries, and updating and coordinating project information, data, and marketing assets.
- Producing Go/No Go summaries and recommendations, reviewing and monitoring new inquiries and external bid portals for relevant project opportunities, and supporting qualifications packages and project proposals.
- Coordinating exhibitions, lectures and talks, essays, books, and events.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a business development, marketing, or communications-related position.
- Bachelor’s degree or above (degree in landscape architecture, urban design, architecture, graphic design, planning, marketing, communications, or equivalent is strongly recommended).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Strong graphic skills.
- Excellent English language written and communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work fluidly across different working styles and perspectives, both within the studio and with outside collaborators.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, InDesign, and Photoshop (video creation and editing a plus).

The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $65,000-$80,000 per year. Final compensation will be commensurate with experience.
