Essential Functions
- Being an expert witness for the company in every situation.
- Must be able to answer questions related to the history, mission, and vision of the company as well as practice philosophy and general questions that may arise.
- Ensuring that project/department milestones/goals are progressive with the expected timeline, following the approved budget.
- Planning, implementation, and following-up with all community-related events.
- Aiding in developing sales by marketing initial presentations to potential facilities; explaining our services and the added value to both the patient and the facility.
- Maintaining and broadening networking to benefit the practice.
- Making meetings with ALFs, home health agencies, patients, and other referral sources to help establish new patients.
- Attending and advertising health fairs, conferences, etc.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum a High School Diploma or equivalent degree is required.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Healthcare-Marketing, Sales, or Logistics.
- Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes.
Qualifications
- Computer Literacy including in Microsoft Products.
- Well organized with excellent time management skills.
Skills
- Engaging, personable, and having professionalism of the highest caliber with exemplary communication.
- Experience with business development and customer relations management.
