The Business Applications Development Manager is a hands-on technical management position. The manager is expected to actively participate in solution architecture, software development, integrations, code review, testing, troubleshooting, and production support while leading the development team. The successful candidate must be comfortable balancing individual technical contributions with people leadership, project delivery, and stakeholder communication. Candidates for this position may be required to pass pre-employment and periodic screenings, including background checks, drug and alcohol tests, or other necessary assessments.
