About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our digital transformation journey, helping to maximise the value of Dynamics 365 and emerging technologies across the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships across the organisation, working closely with stakeholders to understand business priorities, challenges and opportunities, translating these into practical system improvements and effective solutions.
  • Take ownership of the Dynamics 365 roadmap and enhancement backlog, shaping future developments and ensuring the platform continues to evolve in line with organisational needs.
  • Identify smarter ways of working that improve experiences, increase adoption and drive continuous improvement using data, customer and user feedback and operational insight.
  • Oversee the design, development and delivery of enhancements and new functionality, ensuring solutions are well-designed, user-focused, integrated with wider business systems and successfully implemented.
  • Lead the ongoing management, support and continuous improvement of business applications, using support trends, user insight and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Promote effective use of business applications through training, coaching and user engagement.
  • Champion high-quality data management, integrity and governance practices, ensuring solutions remain compliant with GDPR and data governance requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise enhancements and maximise business value.
  • Support the adoption of new technologies and ways of working across the organisation.

Requirements

We're looking for a personable, strategic and customer-focused professional who can combine strong business applications expertise with a passion for continuous improvement. You'll be experienced in using data, customer and user feedback and operational insight to identify opportunities, improve processes and maximise the value of business systems. You'll understand how technology can support seamless end-to-end customer and colleague experiences and be able to translate business needs into practical solutions that align with organisational goals. Equally important is your ability to lead change, build engagement and support users in adopting new ways of working, ensuring technology delivers lasting value across the organisation.

Qualifications

You’ll bring experience managing Dynamics 365 CRM Solutions, or equivalent experience managing other MS Dynamics solution components.

You'll also have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.

You'll have experience gathering, analysing and acting on customer and user feedback to improve systems, services and experiences.

You'll have a customer-focused mindset with a genuine passion for improving user and customer experiences.

You'll have experience integrating CRM platforms with wider business systems to support seamless end-to-end processes.

You'll have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insight into action.

You'll have experience driving continuous improvement through data, feedback and best practice.

You'll have experience leading training, user adoption and change management initiatives.

You'll have a good understanding of data management and GDPR requirements.

£55,000 per annum
