Business Analyst, Manufacturing

The Business Analyst / Project Manager, Manufacturing IT & Digital bridges data, operations, and project execution by translating business needs into actionable insights and ensuring successful delivery of projects that improve cost, quality, delivery, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze manufacturing KPIs (cost, quality, delivery, productivity).
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support operational and leadership decision making.
• Gather and translate business requirements into data, reporting, and system needs.
• Support IT, digital, and AI-enabled initiatives by providing data analysis, reporting, and performance insights.
• Identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities through data analysis and root cause evaluation.
• Support integration and use of analytics and AI-enabled tools for reporting and operational insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, business analysis, data analytics, or project/program management.
• Aerospace or regulated manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with manufacturing KPIs and performance metrics.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, etc.).
• Working knowledge of enterprise systems (SAP, MES, PLM, Teamcenter, etc.).
• Familiarity with data analytics and AI-enabled reporting tools.
• Strong communication skills, including ability to present data clearly to leadership.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
