Responsibilities
- Gathering, analysing, and documenting business and functional requirements from various stakeholders.
- Translating business needs into detailed specifications for our development and data science teams.
- Conducting in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to user behavior and health outcomes.
- Creating process models, wireframes, and diagrams to provide direction to developers and project teams.
- Facilitating meetings and workshops to elicit and validate requirements.
- Collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and designers to ensure a shared understanding of project goals.
- Supporting the testing and implementation of new systems and features, ensuring they meet the required standards and business objectives.
- Evaluating business processes and identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with an ability to interpret complex business needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrable experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with business process modelling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
- A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent professional experience will be considered.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies would be a significant advantage.
- An interest in healthcare, wellness, or behavioral science is highly desirable.
