Responsibilities

• Experience with the On-Exchange Individual marketplace, specifically the Federally facilitated marketplace (FFM) administered by CMS, with preference for experience with the WA Health Benefit Exchange (WAHBE).
• Experience eliciting, documenting, and tracing requirements, creating process/work flows, and use cases for complex projects.
• Experience with cross-company project management.
• Experience working with business focus, understanding high-level technical concepts, and analyzing data in spreadsheets.
• Preferable experience with Azure Dev Ops (ADO) for tracking and following IT work, though not necessary to create items in ADO.

Requirements

• Work Pacific time zone business hours.
• Remote work is acceptable, but ideally located in the Puget Sound area.

Qualifications

No specific technical skills are required, but preferable experience with Azure Dev Ops (ADO).

Skills
