Responsibilities
- Lead and manage application support and operations for a diverse portfolio, ensuring efficient ticket triage and resolution.
- Drive the adoption of AI-assisted operations, enhancing diagnostics and automated communications.
- Continuously improve support operations through automation, proactive monitoring, and strong documentation practices.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure service stability and performance.
- Uphold a professional and respectful work environment, acting with integrity and responsibility.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years' experience in application support or technical service management, with at least three years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure architecture and operational tools, including AI-enabled services.
- Proven ability to manage AI-assisted support models, balancing automation with human oversight.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical issues for diverse audiences.
Skills
- Experience with ServiceNow, Application Insights, and ITIL-based processes.
- Familiarity with AI service stability and observability practices.
