Responsibilities

• Experience with the On-Exchange Individual marketplace, including the Federally facilitated marketplace (FFM) and the WA Health Benefit Exchange (WAHBE).
• Elicitation, documentation, and tracing of requirements.
• Creation of process/work flows and use cases for complex projects.
• Experience with cross-company project management.
• Business-focused approach with the ability to understand and analyze data in spreadsheets.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for tracking and following IT work, though not expected to create items in ADO.

Requirements

• Work Pacific time zone business hours.
• Remote work is acceptable, but preferred location is the Puget Sound area.

Qualifications

No specific technical skills are required, but experience with Azure DevOps is preferred.

Skills

• Experience with the On-Exchange Individual marketplace.
• Requirement elicitation and documentation.
• Process/work flow creation and use case development.
• Project management across companies.
• Data analysis using spreadsheets.
• Azure DevOps experience (though not required).
