Business/Systems Analyst
What's the Job?
Lead design discussions on Position Management strategy and operating model.
Assess and optimize foundational workforce structures, including organizational design and governance.
Define data ownership, stewardship, and governance models to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Assess downstream impacts across Workday and integrated systems to support seamless HR processes.
Facilitate executive workshops and decision-making sessions to align stakeholders on workforce strategies.
What's Needed?
- 10+ years of Workday HCM and HR Transformation experience.
- Deep expertise in Workday Position Management, Foundation Data Model Design, and Organizational Structures.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale Workday transformations and advising senior leadership.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage CHROs, HR leaders, and business stakeholders.
- Consulting or advisory experience supporting complex organizations with strategic workforce initiatives.
About the Role
The Workday HCM Consultant will be an integral part of the Human Resources department, supporting strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
