Business Systems Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level operational support for Avature-related queries
- Analyse the usage of various technology platforms and assist with the associated subscription administration
- Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders to improve process and improve technology utilization/adoption
- Support change/enhancement projects with testing, training, and documentation
- Conduct process mapping as required using MS Visio
- Extract reports from Avature as needed
- Prepare reports and PowerPoint presentations as requested
- Ad hoc administrative support as required
Requirements
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship
- Schedule: M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Remote
Qualifications
- At least 2 years specific experience with data analysis
- Must-Have Skills: Comfortable working in a high-pace and pressured environment whilst maintaining positive stakeholder service, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Nice-to-Have Skills: Ability to run meetings and build relationships with key stakeholders across region

Team Overview
An experienced TA Operations Analyst is required to play a key role in supporting Talent Acquisition technology platform (Avature).TA Operations Analyst will work closely with People teams, TA Team, and TA Operation to support all TA technology platform queries.This role requires understanding end-to-end recruiting process and provide advice on how to improve using technology and streamlining processes.

The manager is not looking for a recruiter who wants to make the move into this type of role.
Education
High school diploma or GED
Software Skills
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Smartsheets experience preferred
