Job Title: Business Systems Analyst Location: Cleveland, Ohio (On-Site) Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support initiatives focused on mitigating risk and driving enterprise-wide change. Our team is looking for a detail-oriented professional who can partner across functions to gather requirements, define user stories, and help shape current and future state processes. Responsibilities Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements from internal stakeholders.Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and clear process documentation to support project delivery.Perform current state and future state process modeling, gap analysis, impact analysis, and traceability management.Collaborate with cross-functional partners while using Agile, Jira, SQL, data modeling, and AI-enabled tools to support work efforts. Required Agile experience is required.Jira experience is required.Technical acumen in SQL and data modeling is required.Strong problem-solving abilities, collaboration skills, and project management capability are required.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
