We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present with content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must include only sections with real specific content. Must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Must not include Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. The posting includes Benefits section with details. So we include Benefits heading. Pay? Not mentioned. Schedule? Not mentioned. So we omit those. We need sections: About the role? The posting includes "Who We Are", "Our Team & Culture", "The Opportunity", "What you will do:", "What you should bring:", "Preferred Knowledge, Skills And Abilities", "Physical Requirements", "Benefits", "Welcoming Candidates from All Backgrounds" (EEO). We must remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. So we should drop that section. Also remove "Note: Benefits described apply..." maybe part of Benefits but it's a note; we can keep as part of Benefits paragraph? It's still substantive but it's a note about eligibility; we can keep. Also "Welcoming Candidates from All Backgrounds" is EEO boilerplate, remove. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to convert paragraphs into

. For lists, we need to detect bullet points. The posting includes bullet-like lines after "What you will do:" with headings like SaaS Platform & Business Rules Administration etc. Those are subheadings but not necessarily list items. We could treat each bullet as a

  • under a
      . However the instruction: Use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to identify lists. The "What you will do:" section includes multiple bullet-like items each with a bold heading and description. We could treat each as a
      • . Similarly "What you should bring:" includes bullet list of qualifications. Also "Preferred Knowledge, Skills And Abilities" is a list. Also "Physical Requirements" is a list. Benefits also a list. We need to preserve all substantive information; we should not lose details. So we need to capture each bullet's full text. Let's extract content. First, "Who We Are": paragraph(s). We'll put under heading maybe "About the organization"? But allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It seems they expect those specific headings. However we can also use other headings? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." That suggests we should use those headings when appropriate. But we have content like "Who We Are", "Our Team & Culture", "The Opportunity". Those are not in the list. Should we still use them? The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use h3 for section headings. Probably we should use those specific headings where they match content. For "Who We Are" maybe "About the role"? Not exactly. Could treat as "About the role"? But that's about the role, not organization. However we could still use "About the role" heading and put the Who We Are content there? Might be misrepresenting. Better to follow instruction: use those headings for sections; if content doesn't fit, maybe we still use h3 but with appropriate heading like "About the organization"? The instruction didn't restrict to only those; they gave examples. So we can use any heading but must be h3. We'll use descriptive headings like "About Hively", "Team & Culture", "Opportunity", "Responsibilities", "Qualifications", "Preferred Qualifications", "Physical Requirements", "Benefits". That seems fine. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not needed. Now extract details. Who We Are paragraph: "Hively’s mission is to build meaningful connections with families and communities, ensuring access to resources every child in Alameda County needs to thrive. Our vision is to transform the lives of children and families to benefit all communities and ensure a promising future for generations to come. We believe that through subsidized child care, mental health support, and community services centered in families of all types and backgrounds, we can profoundly impact the communities we serve. If this resonates with you, we invite you to apply to join our team." Our Team & Culture paragraph: "Our Team at Hively is a passionate and diverse group of individuals from a wide range of different lived experiences, backgrounds and professional expertise. We strive every day to create an environment for families and staff that is inclusive and welcoming of different experiences and perspectives. We prioritize learning, listening, and growing together and to foster a culture of respect." The Opportunity paragraph(s): "Reporting to the Director, Data & Systems, the Business Systems Analyst will help implement, administer, secure, and continuously improve the SaaS platforms and reporting that support Hively’s programs, with an initial focus on the Measure C Subsidized Child Care Contracted Slots and Operating Grants programs. This is a hands-on application and data systems role, not a traditional desktop, network, or server administrator position. The role will focus on business requirements, user acceptance testing, reporting and dashboards, SaaS platform configuration, business rules, data quality, security, and technical troubleshooting The position will work closely with the Director, Data & Systems; program and operations staff; Data & Reporting staff; Compliance, Finance, software vendors, and external partners to translate business requirements into reliable, secure, and scalable technology solutions."
