- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide Job Architecture frameworks, including job families, profiles, and career paths.
- Assess current workforce structures and develop future-state classification and leveling frameworks aligned with organizational goals.
- Design and validate compensation structures, including salary grades, ranges, and market benchmarking to ensure pay equity and competitiveness.
- Support annual compensation planning processes, including merit, bonus, and promotion cycles, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with HR, Talent, Compensation, and Business leaders to ensure workforce design supports overall business strategy and growth.
7+ years of experience in Job Architecture, Total Rewards, Compensation, HR Transformation, or Workforce Strategy.
Deep understanding of Workday HCM, including Job Profiles, Job Families, Compensation Grades, and related processes.
Proven experience designing job families, career frameworks, leveling methodologies, and compensation structures.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to facilitate stakeholder engagement and workshops.
Experience conducting market benchmarking, pay structure development, and impact assessments.
