Core Responsibilities
- Sell premium or lifestyle products to corporate buyers through prospecting and outreach.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract and fulfillment.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects and ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts to drive repeat purchases and account expansion.
- Ensure seamless and premium experiences for corporate clients from inquiry to delivery.
- Track account performance and identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, or growing order volume.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular updates to the Head of Commercial.
- Partner with the Product and Operations teams to execute custom orders, timelines, and packaging requirements to Lola's standards.
- Share market and customer insights to inform product, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or corporate gifting, preferably within a premium consumer goods or lifestyle brand.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a quota-carrying role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable engaging with senior buyers and procurement leads.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of accounts and outreach.
- Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-growth environment.
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
