VISA Sponsorship is not available for this position. Relocation assistance is not offered for this position. This role will be 100% on site at the Corteva location. What You’ll Do Provide and perform the essential services that support Corteva’s business and research operations on the Johnston main campus. Monitor and maintain admin centers, conference rooms, refreshment centers, and office equipment support.Sort and deliver USPS Mail to admin centers.Sort and deliver incoming packages (UPS, Fed-Ex, DHL, Amazon, etc.) to appropriate offices and labs.Pick up and deliver outbound packages to mailroom from designated pickup locations as needed.Pick-up and delivery of crucial samples, often time and temperature sensitive, ensuring delivery and receipt.Answer dock delivery calls at building locations, receiving and delivering LTL freight – ranging from large million-dollar pieces of research equipment, refrigerators, pallets of research supplies, data equipment, seed, chemicals, etc.).Inspect items received for damaged content and noting this on the bill of lading for the driver/shipping company. Assist in the packaging and preparation of domestic and international shipments being sent out UPS/Fed EX/LTL as needed. This could range from large pieces of research equipment to palletized items, down to letter-size items.Deliver exceptional customer service through a highly cross-trained team, ensuring seamless coverage and consistent operational efficiency. Team members are thoroughly trained in the unique requirements and nuances of each building to provide specialized support. Education You have your High School Diploma/GED. What Skills You Need Ability to read/interpret instructions and carry out tasks in absence of supervisor.This position requires occasional lifting of 20–30 lbs., as well as frequent repetitive motions involving the wrists and hands for tasks such as handling, grasping, and reaching. The role also involves regular standing and walking, with extended periods spent on one’s feet.The ability to communicate and work with others in a team setting and of diverse cultural backgrounds and languages. Must be able to handle physical labor of receiving and delivering shipments, including being able to lift up to 50 lbs.Must maintain focus and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and yet work at a pace that won’t impact productivity. High level of confidentiality needed.High emphasis on workplace and personal safety.High level of customer service skills needed.
