Bridge Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Bridge Project Manager who can plan and manage all aspects of small to medium single-discipline projects or large, routine projects. The ideal candidate will independently coordinate work of professional staff and balance the team throughout the entire project's development. They will also establish client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium single-discipline projects or large, routine projects
• Independently coordinate work of professional staff and balance team throughout entire project's development
• Establish client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings
• Participate in reviews with various governing agencies for compliance
• Conduct work sessions for design development and contract document in conjunction with other staff
• Cover workload through entire project development, and ensure completion of documents on schedule
• Track financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to schedule
• Perform project reviews with Business/Accounting Manager or Project Controller and Department Manager for project reviews and with company management as needed
• Perform other duties as needed

Requirements

• A license/certification
• PMP certification
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 7 years related experience
• A minimum of 2 years project management experience
• The ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills
