About the role

As a Brand Advocate, you will perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis store entry doors. Your role is to entice walk-by customers with free products to encourage them to visit our store and commit to a purchase. Using the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts, you will persuade customers to show their broken phones, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list by offering free products. Customers must come to the Cellairis counter and agree to certain participation terms to receive their free goods or services.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using scripts to drive them into the store.
• Entice customers with free products to encourage store visits and potential purchases.
• Persuade customers to show broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list.
• Use the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) to convert leads into sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills with the ability to develop client relationships.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required (1-3 years in a retail sales environment).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling selling experience is a plus.
