Brand Advocate Position in Fayetteville, North Carolina

About the Role

Cellairis is looking for self-motivated Brand Advocates to perform customer conversion sales at the entry doors of our retail locations. In this highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive role, you will entice walk-by customers with free products to drive them into the store and commit to a purchase. Using the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts, you will persuade customers to show their broken phones, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list. Your goal is to make customers aware of special offers and drive them to the Cellairis counter.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using provided scripts to generate interest and desire for Cellairis products and services.
• Entice customers with free products to encourage them to visit the store and commit to a purchase.
• Persuade customers to show their broken phones, receive a repair quote, or join the mailing list.
• Drive customers to the Cellairis counter to redeem offers and complete transactions.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills with the ability to develop relationships with clients.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance.
• Cognizant of spending time with the right prospective customers.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required (1-3 years in a retail sales environment is a plus).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling or selling experience is beneficial.
