About the Role

Cellairis is looking for self-motivated individuals to perform customer conversion sales at the entry doors of our retail stores. In this highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive role, you will entice walk-by customers with free products to encourage them to visit our store and commit to a purchase. Using the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action), you will persuade customers to show their broken phones, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list. Your goal is to drive customers to the Cellairis counter by making them aware of special offers and enticing them to participate.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using scripts based on the AIDA model to drive them into the store.
• Offer free products to entice customers to visit the Cellairis counter and commit to a purchase.
• Persuade customers to show broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list.
• Turn objections into sales opportunities and convert failures into positive actions.

• Genuine Customer Service: Concern for customers and mastery of the Customer Service Guide.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Ability to develop genuine customer relationships.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a retail sales environment (recommended but not required).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling or selling experience is a plus.

Disclosure

Candidates must have their own (non-public) means of transportation and a manageable commute. Cellairis reserves the right to determine acceptable commute distances. This role operates in a smoke-free work environment.
