Brand Advocate Position in Tupelo, Mississippi

Cellairis is seeking a self-motivated, highly energetic Brand Advocate to drive customer engagement and sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

About the role

As a Brand Advocate, you will perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis store entry by enticing walk-by customers with free products to encourage them to visit the store and make a purchase. Using the AIDA model (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action), you will persuade customers to show their broken phones, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list. Your goal is to make customers aware of special offers and drive them to the Cellairis counter.

Required Attitude & Personality

• Drive and Urgency: Has tremendous energy and initiative to drive customers to the store and generate sales. Able to memorize scripts and use them naturally with high energy. Recognizes and capitalizes on a high percentage of sales opportunities.
• Attitude: Always maintains a positive and open attitude, positively affecting team members. Open to coaching and new techniques. Never appears discouraged and is always moving forward.
• Genuine Customer Service: Shows genuine concern for customers and knows the Customer Service Guide thoroughly.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using scripts based on the AIDA model to drive them into the store.
• Encourage customers to show their broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list by offering free products.
• Persuade customers to visit the Cellairis counter to receive free goods or services under participation terms.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills and ability to develop relationships with clients.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required (1-3 years in a retail sales environment preferred).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling or selling experience is a plus.

Schedule

Multiple shifts available.
