Brand Advocate Position in Jackson, Tennessee

Jackson, Tennessee – Retail/Sales position reporting to the Store Manager.

About the Role

Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors. Similar to a product sampling program: you will entice each walk-by customer with free products so they will come to our store and ultimately commit to a purchase. Using AIDA-model (attention, interest, desire, action) scripts, you will persuade and encourage the customer to show their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list by offering free products. Customers must come to the Cellairis counter and agree to participation terms to receive their free goods or services.

• Genuine Customer Service: Has genuine concern for customers and knows the Customer Service Guide front to back.

Responsibilities

• Entice walk-by customers with free products to drive them into the store for potential purchases.

• Encourage customers to show broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills and ability to develop relationships with clients.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required: 1-3 years in a retail sales environment.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling selling experience is a plus.

Multiple shifts available.
