Brand Advocate Position in Jackson, Mississippi

Jackson, Mississippi – Retail/Sales position reporting to the Store Manager.

About the role

As a Brand Advocate, you will perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis store entry doors. Using the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts, you will entice walk-by customers with free products to encourage them to visit our store and commit to a purchase. Your goal is to persuade customers to show their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list by offering free goods or services, driving them to the Cellairis counter.

• Genuine Customer Service: Shows genuine concern for customers and knows the Customer Service Guide thoroughly.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using scripts to drive them into the store.
• Encourage customers to show broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list by offering free products.
• Ensure customers are aware of special offers and entice them to visit the Cellairis counter.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills with the ability to develop client relationships.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required (1-3 years in a retail sales environment preferred).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling or selling experience is a plus.
