Brand Advocate Position in Sun City West, Arizona

About the Role

Cellairis is looking for a Brand Advocate to perform customer conversion sales at the store entry doors in Sun City West, Arizona. This highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role involves enticing walk-by customers with free products to drive them into the store and commit to a purchase. You will use the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts to persuade customers to visit the Cellairis counter, receive a repair quote, or join the mailing list.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers with free products to encourage store visits and purchases.
• Use AIDA-based scripts to attract attention, generate interest, create desire, and prompt action.
• Persuade customers to show their broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list.
• Drive customers to the Cellairis counter to agree to participation terms for free goods or services.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and highly energetic demeanor.
• Ability to develop genuine customer relationships.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a retail sales environment (recommended but not required).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling selling experience is a plus.

Schedule

Multiple shifts available.
