About the Role

Cellairis is looking for self-motivated individuals to fill a highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role as a Brand Advocate. This position involves performing customer conversion sales at the store entry doors, enticing walk-by customers with free products to drive them into the store for potential purchases. The ideal candidate thrives in a results-driven environment, turning objections into leads and failures into positive actions.

This role is perfect for someone who is athletic, highly energetic, and in excellent physical condition.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using the AIDA model (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) based scripts to drive them to the Cellairis counter.
• Entice customers with free products to encourage them to visit the store and commit to a purchase.
• Persuade customers to show their broken phones, receive a repair quote, or join the mailing list by offering free goods or services.
• Ensure customers agree to participation terms to receive free products or services.
• Develop genuine customer relationships and provide excellent service.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable demeanor.
• Genuine customer service skills with the ability to build client relationships.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail sales experience recommended but not required.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling or selling experience is a plus.
