Brand Advocate Position in Scottsdale, Arizona

About the Role

Cellairis is looking for self-motivated Brand Advocates to perform customer conversion sales at the entry doors of our Scottsdale, Arizona store. In this highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role, you will entice walk-by customers with free products to encourage them to visit our store and commit to a purchase. Using the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts, you will persuade customers to show their broken phones, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using scripts to drive them into the store.
• Entice customers with free products to encourage store visits and potential purchases.
• Persuade customers to show broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list.
• Turn objections into sales opportunities and capitalize on high-percentage sales leads.
• Stand for long periods and maintain high energy levels throughout shifts.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills and ability to develop client relationships.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
• Professional appearance.
• Manageable commute (Cellairis reserves the right to determine acceptable commute distance).

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required (1-3 years in a retail sales environment preferred).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling or selling experience is a plus.
