Brand Advocate Position in Phoenix, Arizona

Retail/Sales role in Phoenix, Arizona reporting to the Store Manager.

About the Role

As a Brand Advocate, you will perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis store entry doors. Your goal is to entice walk-by customers with free products to encourage them to visit our store and commit to a purchase. Using the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts, you will persuade customers to show their broken phones, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list by offering free products. Customers must come to the Cellairis counter and agree to participation terms to receive their free goods or services.

• Genuine Customer Service: Shows genuine concern for customers and knows the Customer Service Guide front to back.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using scripts based on the AIDA model to drive them into the store.

• Ensure customers agree to participation terms to receive free goods or services.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills and ability to develop relationships with clients.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required.
• 1-3 years in a retail sales environment.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling selling experience is a plus.

Additional Information

• Candidates must have their own (non-public) means of transportation and a manageable commute. Cellairis reserves the right to determine acceptable commute distance.
