Brand Advocate Position in Flagstaff, Arizona

About the Role

Cellairis is looking for a Brand Advocate to perform customer conversion sales at the entry doors of our retail locations. In this highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive role, you will entice walk-by customers with free products to encourage them to visit our store and commit to a purchase. Using the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts, you will persuade customers to show their broken phones, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list. Your goal is to drive customers to the Cellairis counter by making them aware of special offers.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers with free products to drive them into the store.
• Use AIDA-based scripts to attract attention, generate interest, create desire, and prompt action.
• Persuade customers to visit the Cellairis counter for a repair quote or to join the mailing list.
• Turn objections into sales opportunities and convert failures into positive actions.
• Memorize and naturally deliver scripts with high energy.
• Recognize and capitalize on sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills with the ability to develop client relationships.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance.
• Manageable commute (Cellairis reserves the right to determine acceptable commute distance).

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required (1-3 years in a retail sales environment preferred).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling or selling experience is a plus.
