Brand Advocate Position in Glendale, Arizona

About the Role

Cellairis is looking for a Brand Advocate to perform customer conversion sales at the store entry doors. Your role will involve enticing walk-by customers with free products to encourage them to visit our store and commit to a purchase. Using the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action), you will persuade customers to show their broken phones, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list. The goal is to drive customers to the Cellairis counter by making them aware of special offers.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using scripts based on the AIDA model to drive them into the store.
• Encourage customers to show their broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list by offering free products.
• Persuade customers to visit the Cellairis counter to receive free goods or services by agreeing to participation terms.
• Turn objections into sales opportunities and convert failures into positive actions.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Ability to develop genuine customer service relationships.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a retail sales environment (recommended but not required).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling selling experience is a plus.

Candidates must have their own (non-public) means of transportation and a manageable commute. Cellairis reserves the right to determine acceptable commute distances.
