About the role

Cellairis is looking for self-motivated people who want to be in a highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role. Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors. Similar to a product sampling program: you will entice each walk-by customer with free products so they will come to our store and ultimately commit to a purchase. Use AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts to guide walk-by customers to the Cellairis counter. Persuade and encourage customers to show their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list by offering free products. Customers must come to the Cellairis counter and agree to participation terms to receive free goods or services.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using provided scripts to drive them into the store.
• Entice customers with free products to encourage store visits and potential purchases.
• Persuade customers to show broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list.
• Apply the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) in customer interactions.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills and ability to develop relationships with clients.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance.
• Manageable commute (determined by Cellairis).

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required (1-3 years in a retail sales environment preferred).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling selling experience is a plus.
