About the Role

Cellairis is looking for self-motivated people who want to be in a highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role. This role involves performing customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors. You will entice walk-by customers with free products to encourage them to visit the store and commit to a purchase, using the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts. Your goal is to persuade customers to show their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join the mailing list by offering free products.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer conversion sales at store entry points.
• Use scripts based on the AIDA model to attract and engage walk-by customers.
• Encourage customers to visit the Cellairis counter for free products or services by agreeing to participation terms.
• Drive customers to the store to receive repair quotes or join the mailing list.

• Attitude: Always maintains a positive and open attitude, positively affecting team members. Open to coaching and new techniques. Never appears discouraged and is always moving forward.
• Genuine Customer Service: Shows genuine concern for customers and knows the Customer Service Guide front to back.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills and ability to develop relationships with clients.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
• Professional appearance.
• Retail experience recommended but not required (1-3 years in a retail sales environment).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling selling experience is a plus.
