Brand Advocate Position in Strongsville, Ohio

About the Role

Cellairis is looking for self-motivated individuals to serve as Brand Advocates in a highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role. This position involves performing customer conversion sales at the store entrance by enticing walk-by customers with free products to encourage them to visit the store and make a purchase. You will use the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts to drive customers to the Cellairis counter, where they can receive a repair quote or join the mailing list.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using persuasive scripts to entice them into the store.
• Encourage customers to show their broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list by offering free products.
• Drive customers to the Cellairis counter to commit to a purchase or agree to participation terms for free goods or services.
• Turn objections into sales opportunities and convert failures into positive actions.

• Genuine Customer Service: Genuine concern for customers and thorough knowledge of the Customer Service Guide.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Ability to develop genuine customer service relationships.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required (1-3 years in a retail sales environment preferred).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling selling experience is a plus.
