Brand Advocate Position in Cincinnati, Ohio

About the role

Cellairis is looking for self-motivated people who want to be in a highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role. The Brand Advocate will perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors, enticing customers with free products to drive them into the store for potential purchases. This role is ideal for someone who is athletic, highly energetic, and in excellent physical condition.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts to drive them to the Cellairis counter.
• Persuade and encourage customers to show their broken phones, receive a repair quote, or join the mailing list by offering free products.
• Ensure customers come to the Cellairis counter and agree to participation terms to receive free goods or services.
• Turn objections into leads and capitalize on sales opportunities.
• Demonstrate genuine customer service and develop relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance.
• Manageable commute (Cellairis reserves the right to determine acceptable commute distance).

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required: 1-3 years in a retail sales environment.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling selling experience is a plus.
