Brand Advocate Position in Santa Clara, California

About the Role

Cellairis is looking for self-motivated Brand Advocates to perform customer conversion sales at the store entry doors. In this highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role, you will entice walk-by customers with free products to drive them into the store and commit to a purchase. Using the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts, you will persuade customers to show their broken phones, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list. Your goal is to make customers aware of special offers and drive them to the Cellairis counter.

Required Attitude & Personality

• Drive and Urgency: Has tremendous energy and initiative to drive customers to the store and generate sales. Able to memorize scripts and use them naturally with high energy. Recognizes and capitalizes on a high percentage of sales opportunities.
• Attitude: Always has a positive and open attitude that positively affects team members. Open to coaching and new techniques. Never appears discouraged and is always moving forward.
• Genuine Customer Service: Has genuine concern for customers and knows the Customer Service Guide front to back.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors.
• Entice walk-by customers with free products to encourage them to visit the store and make a purchase.
• Use AIDA model-based scripts to guide customers to the Cellairis counter.
• Persuade customers to show broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list by offering free products.
• Drive customers to the store counter to agree to participation terms for free goods or services.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills and ability to develop relationships with clients.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required: 1-3 years in a retail sales environment.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling selling experience is a plus.
