Brand Advocate Position in San Diego, California

About the Role

Cellairis is looking for self-motivated Brand Advocates to perform customer conversion sales at the entry doors of our retail locations. In this highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive role, you will entice walk-by customers with free products to encourage them to visit our store and commit to a purchase. Using the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts, you will persuade customers to show their broken phones, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list. Your goal is to drive customers to the Cellairis counter by making them aware of special offers.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using persuasive scripts to drive them into the store.
• Entice customers with free products to encourage store visits and potential purchases.
• Use the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) to convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Encourage customers to show broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list.
• Ensure customers agree to participation terms to receive free goods or services.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and highly energetic demeanor.
• Ability to develop genuine relationships with clients.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
• Professional appearance.
• Manageable commute (Cellairis reserves the right to determine acceptable distance).

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a retail sales environment (recommended but not required).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling or selling experience is a plus.
• Retail experience is beneficial.
